All About Mrs. Loihle
Hello! Thank you for "checking out" my web page! I am so excited to be here, at Samsel Upper Elementary School, as the School Library Media Specialist.
My education background includes a Bachelor's degree in English and Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from The Graduate School of Education at Rutgers University.
I also have a teaching certification for English K-12, a School Counselor certification, and a School Library Media Specialist certification.
For fourteen years I was a Language Arts teacher at the Sayreville Middle School. Although I loved teaching sixth grade, I decided to start the next chapter of my career by surrounding myself with what I love most-books, and in the place that always feels like home-the library!
I am very grateful that I was able to stay in the Sayreville district, as it is the town that I grew up in. I am looking forward to an amazing year ahead!
